Our Mission
At FortisureIT, our mission has always been rooted in the desire to support our local community. We've long been committed to creating a work environment that fosters personal growth, development, and leadership. However, as we sought to scale and offer even more value to our clients, we realized that we needed to evolve in new ways. This period of reflection led us to rethink how we could combine organizational growth with our community-driven mission. We knew that if we wanted to expand and provide greater value, we needed to explore new partnerships that aligned with our values and extend our reach to other global communities.

Our Founder’s Journey
In the Summer of 2025, FortisureIT took a significant step toward amplifying its mission of creating opportunities and delivering innovative technology solutions by establishing FortisureIT India Pvt. Ltd. This move is deeply rooted in the same principles that have guided our work in Akron, OH by building pathways for talent, fostering community impact, and empowering businesses by providing our clients with cost-effective, high-quality technology services at the high volumes that they now demand.
This expansion was not a quick decision as we will not deviate from our vision of developing local talent in the US. It started with a slightly revised vision from our Founder in June 2025 to include globalization for the right reason, and since then, Mani’s journey has led to meeting with passionate individuals who share our commitment to workforce development, community impact, and sustainable growth. Through these conversations, it became clear that Chennai as a hub, offered a unique opportunity to align our altruistic mission with our business & operational goals in smaller towns in the state of Tamil Nadu and, if required, other states of India. In Chennai, we plan to work initially out of the offices of Antal Corporation, which is owned by Vinu Nair, a close friend and former colleague of Mani at Caritor/Keane and now an entrepreneur. Antal will also serve as the recruitment arm of FortisureIT India Pvt. Ltd.

Developing FortisureIT India
To strengthen our mission, Dr. Mohan Sangli, also a former colleague of Mani at Caritor/Keane and now a close friend and an entrepreneur himself, joined our board in India. Dr. Sangli brings with him years of Global IT Services experience and leadership in technology and operations. His insights and local expertise have been instrumental in shaping our approach, ensuring that our Indian operations uphold the same standards of excellence and ethical responsibility that define FortisureIT LLC.

Our Global Mission
Our presence in India is not just about scaling our capabilities, it’s about continuing the mission that began in Akron – creating opportunities for local talent. Just as we’ve supported growth opportunities for students and professionals in Ohio, we aim to extend similar impact globally, fostering skills development and promoting meaningful career paths.
FortisureIT India reflects our belief that technology can transform lives, communities, and businesses when guided by purpose. By building this bridge between Akron and Chennai, we are investing in a future where innovation and social responsibility go hand in hand. Our goal is to build an everlasting IT Services business – one that gives every client the service and value they deserve while providing employees worldwide with immense opportunities for professional and career growth.

Our Partnership with Nextwealth
Throughout the planning process, Mani reconnected with Dr. Sridhar Mitta, a former colleague from their time at Wipro. Both Mani and Sridhar held respected positions at the company, but over time, they lost contact. Their relationship was reignited when a mutual connection brought them back together. As they discussed their respective businesses, they quickly realized a shared business purpose — providing local employment opportunities for graduates, preferably those directly out of college, empowering them to grow into leaders, build valuable skills, and contribute meaningfully to both the companies they shape and the clients they serve.
Dr. Sridhar Mitta’s company, Nextwealth, is deeply committed to human-in-the-loop (HITL) AI solutions. The company focuses on developing talent by tapping into untapped, underutilized regions, such as tier 2 and tier 3 cities, with access to talent in even more remote and developing areas. NextWealth bridges the talent gap by upskilling individuals and offering them the opportunity to become leaders within their communities. This shared vision of providing career growth and fostering leadership aligned perfectly with FortisureIT’s own mission. It became clear that a partnership would be the ideal route to combine both our goals and expand our global reach while staying true to our core values. Commitment to our Clients
Our mission to expand our reach globally was brought forth from a desire to add better value to our clients as well as create opportunities in technology services on a global scale. Our clients will continue to work directly with the FortisureIT employees here locally in the United States, while also having the option of integrating a global workforce to deliver at scale in a cost-effective manner. Our blended team is designed to give our clients the best of both worlds by combining the familiarity of the Akron/Canton region with the quality, scalability and cost competitiveness of our offshore location.
