Our Mission
At FortisureIT, our mission has always been rooted in the desire to support our local community. We've long been committed to creating a work environment that fosters personal growth, development, and leadership. However, as we sought to scale and offer even more value to our clients, we realized that we needed to evolve in new ways. This period of reflection led us to rethink how we could combine organizational growth with our community-driven mission. We knew that if we wanted to expand and provide greater value, we needed to explore new partnerships that aligned with our values and extend our reach to other global communities.

Our Founder’s Journey
In the summer of 2024, our founder, Mani Subramanian, set out to turn this mission into a reality. He spent the next year connecting with like-minded individuals amongst us and reconnecting with those that he knew from his earlier days and respected his vision. Considering Mani’s roots and vast experience using this operating model, it became clear over time that the first step in FortisureIT’s progression towards becoming a global company must start in India.

Our Partnership with Nextwealth
Throughout the planning process, Mani reconnected with Dr. Sridhar Mitta, a former colleague from their time at Wipro. Both Mani and Sridhar held respected positions at the company, but over time, they lost contact. Their relationship was reignited when a mutual connection brought them back together. As they discussed their respective businesses, they quickly realized a shared business purpose — providing local employment opportunities for graduates, preferably those directly out of college, empowering them to grow into leaders, build valuable skills, and contribute meaningfully to both the companies they shape and the clients they serve. Dr. Sridhar Mitta’s company, Nextwealth, is deeply committed to human-in-the-loop (HITL) AI solutions. The company focuses on developing talent by tapping into untapped, underutilized regions, such as tier 2 and tier 3 cities, with access to talent in even more remote and developing areas. NextWealth bridges the talent gap by upskilling individuals and offering them the opportunity to become leaders within their communities. This shared vision of providing career growth and fostering leadership aligned perfectly with FortisureIT’s own mission. It became clear that a partnership would be the ideal route to combine both our goals and expand our global reach while staying true to our core values. FortisureIT India
Throughout our process of exploring opportunities through partnerships and connections, we determined that the best path forward for future success would be to create our own offshore business that could help further deliver value to our clients. In April 2025, with some help from a few close connections, FortisureIT India was born. As of today, we are in the process of setting FortisureIT India up for success. By hiring the right people and aligning with the needs of our clients, we are focused on both creating a more valuable proposition for our clients while simultaneously driving positive impact within the Indian community by creating jobs.

Commitment to our Clients
Our mission to expand our reach globally was brought forth from a desire to add better value to our clients as well as create opportunities in technology services on a global scale. Our clients will continue to work directly with the FortisureIT employees here locally in the United States, while also having the option of integrating a global workforce to deliver at scale in a cost-effective manner. Our blended team is designed to give our clients the best of both worlds by combining the familiarity of the Akron/Canton region with the quality, scalability and cost competitiveness of our offshore location.
